How to become a member

In connection with the application for membership in SASP, our company declares that:
- A) meets the conditions of the Statutes of the Association for admission as its member,
- B) will comply with all the provisions of the Statutes of the Association,
- C) has/does not have a unilateral or interconnected ownership relationship with the insurance company,
- D) members of the company's statutory bodies and employees of the company are not members of the statutory bodies of any insurance company,
- E) the members of the statutory bodies of the company are no members of the statutory bodies of the insurance company or employees of the insurance company,
- F) the structure, functioning and staffing of the company is not in conflict with the applicable legal order of the Slovak Republic and good morals.
If the applicant does not meet some of the conditions of the Articles of Association, these facts must be explicitly stated in the written application for membership in the association. The application is signed by the statutory representative of the company. An up-to-date extract from the Commercial Register is attached to the application.

What happens after the application is submitted:
The admission of a new member is approved by the Presidium of the Association by voting of the members of the Presidium. In the period of the first year from the date of admission to the association, a new member of the association acts as its associate member. Upon the expiry of the period of one year, the associate member becomes a full member of the association.
Current amount of membership fees
The SASP General Assembly approved the amount of membership fees for 2025 as follows:
1. The basis for determining the membership amount is the total sales of members achieved for 2023 published on the official website www.registeruz.sk.
2. If an SASP member does not have their financial statements published on the www.registeruz.sk website and does not report the amount of sales upon request, the membership fee will be set as a lump sum, this option can be used, for example, by organizational units.
3. Pursuant to the statutes of the SASP, Article XII, paragraph 4, the membership fee for associate members is in the amount of 75% of the membership fee of regular members.
