General Assembly of Members
The highest body of the association is the general assembly of members. It decides on changes to the statutes, budget, and the amount of membership fees. Member companies are represented at meetings by authorized representatives, one representative for each company.
Presidium
It is a statutory body and manages the activities of the association. Members of the Presidium are elected by the General Assembly by an absolute majority of votes - for a period of 3 years. The members of the Presidium elect a President who acts on behalf of the Association.
President
The president represents the association externally and acts on its behalf in all matters, independently.
Revision Commission
The control of management is provided by the Audit Commission, its members are elected by the General Assembly for a period of 3 years.
Working groups
In order to effectively achieve the specific tasks of the association, working groups have been established, whose task is to monitor legislative changes in individual areas, current events on the financial market, professional communication with institutions and informing the members of the association.
